Patronised by Monaco's Prince Albert, this world-famous circus attracts astonishing acts ranging from traditional trapeze artists and clown acts to a spectacular show involving white tigers. As one of the biggest and best-known circuses in the world, it attracts the very best performers from around the globe who put on a show with all the glitz and glamour you would expect in Monaco. There is also the added buzz created by the competition awards with category winners performing in a special show on the final weekend. Held in the permanent traditional circus big top at the Fontvieille area, this is a sparkling event on the principality's calendar that always attracts a well-heeled crowd.
