When a mod locks a thread that does not mean you get to carry on the conversation on another thread. I locked the lawsuit thread for a reason. I added a piece of information to it today for those that might want to follow it on their own. For those that do, you may private message each other on the subject or if you have links that are of interest you may send them to me and I will post the link in the locked thread so people can continue to follow the case. I really really hate deleting posts. So please don't make me have to do that stuff. Thanks!

I would like to discuss the lawsuit..however...the Administrators, the mods and several members have been attacked via pms and emails because either their post on the subject was not "acceptable" by other members or in several cases because they chose not to post on the subject matter. Our number rule on the this forum is The Golden Rule. Do unto others as you want them to do unto you.

Myadia....here and now post the the link to the 165 page court documents but that will be it until the case goes to court.

Some on you will not like this but I will not have any of our members attacked for any reason.

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen...When I came on line this morning my inbox was full of messages taking both sides of the arguement regarding the locking of the law suit thread.

I am leaving it locked. Why? So that either party is convicted before the case gets to court if it does get to court.
